Writing on the Labels
To personalize your message: use a ballpoint pen to write the desired information. Erase daily information by rubbing it off with mild pressure. Make your message long-term by boiling the band for 10′ with the information still on, then letting it cool.
Most ballpoint pens are non-toxic.
Check the packaging to be sure.
